Campsite systems

Campsite power system map

Follow energy from the charging source, through storage and conversion, into real campsite loads. Every stage can limit the system.

Select a system node

The useful specification is rarely a single headline number. Select a node to see what it controls and what must be checked.

Stage 01

Energy source

Stage 02

Store and convert

Stage 03

Use the energy

Stage 04

Field constraints

Selected node

Power station

The integration point that combines battery storage, protection, charging electronics, DC outputs and an AC inverter.

System role
Buffers energy from inconsistent sources and delivers controlled outputs to campsite loads.
Compare
Usable Wh, AC output, DC ports, charge limits, idle draw, weight and protection behavior.
Field check
Can it support the highest startup load and still provide the required daily energy?

Three engineering checks

Energy, power and compatibility

Energy answers how long

Use watt-hours, conversion efficiency and the load's real duty cycle to estimate runtime.

Power answers whether it starts

Continuous watts are not enough when compressors, pumps or motors have startup demand.

Compatibility answers whether it connects

Voltage windows, current limits, connectors, grounding and control behavior must agree.
